The food at the resort was truly gourmet. I was impressed with the variety of choices, ranging from Spanish tapas to Mexican and even French cuisine. Each meal was really good, with good flavors and reasonable prices for such high-quality dining. My favorite part was the exquisite house margaritas – the best I've ever had! I truly enjoyed every dining experience without ever having a bad meal during my stay.

Relaxing Pools and Amenities

Fun for Kids

The resort offers a fantastic array of children's activities, ensuring little ones have an lovely experience. The Joy Club is a must-visit; activities like ping pong and Texas Hold 'Em poker kept my kids entertained for hours. Our stay at the resort was mixed. On one hand, the grounds were beautifully landscaped with plenty of pools and activities, and the food options were tasty, especially the margaritas. On the other hand, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and we felt pressure to attend a timeshare presentation we were not interested in. The room we initially received had a disappointing view, and we had to push hard for a better one, which impacted our overall experience.

I recently stayed at the Grand Mayan resort, which has beautiful grounds and multiple pools, including a fun lazy river. While my experience began well with a lovely room and attentive staff, there were some significant drawbacks, such as noise from construction and issues with the amenities.
